Het is nu toch echt al bijna zover…Het 10e Internationale Cirkeltijgers Tournament komt er weer aan! Alle inschrijvingen en betalingen zijn binnen, en we zitten ontzettend vol met leuke teams dit jaar! We weten dat jullie al maanden in spanning zitten, nachten wakker liggen en vooral ongelooflijk graag willen weten hoe dit weekend er dit jaar uit gaat zien…Hier wordt voor jullie een tip van de sluier opgelicht! Eerst nog even alle feiten op een rijtje: Wanneer: Vrijdag 7, zaterdag 8 en zondag 9 Mei 2010 Wat: Vrijdagavond: inschrijving (20.00-22.00) en (aansluitende) borrel in café Koster, kom op tijd zodat we alvast samen kunnen proosten op het fantastische weekend! Vanaf 19.00 Mogelijkheid om bagage te dumpen op het sportcentrum (ACLO). Vervoer naar Café Koster per Lijnbus! 20.00-22.00 Registratie/betaling en borrel in Café Koster 00.00-03.00 TC- busjes rijden van en naar de ACLO. Zaterdag: wedstrijden, diner en (thema)feest op superlocatie 08.00 Opstaan 08.30 Ontbijt 9.00-18.00 Wedstrijden (Lunch is de gehele dag te verkrijgen) 17.30-20.00 Onze busjes rijden van de ACLO naar de nog geheime eet- &feest locatie Vanaf 18.30 Diner Aansluitend tot 3.30 Feest 01.00-4.00 TC-busjes rijden terug naar de ACLO. Het laatste busje gaat om 4.00, daarna eigen vervoer regelen! Zondag: wedstrijden met aansluitend prijsuitreiking (tevens zal er zaterdag en zondag lunch en ontbijt beschikbaar zijn!) 9.00 Opstaan 9.30 Ontbijt 10.00-16.30 Wedstrijden (Lunch is de gehele dag te verkrijgen) 17.00 Prijsuitreiking Wieviel: €30,- p.p. en € 70,- borg per team. (Schema onder voorbehoud van veranderingen!) Dan zijn we nu eindelijk aangekomen bij het deel waar de geest uit de fles zal ontsnappen. Ja! Jullie raden het misschien al: het thema van de zaterdagavond zal (geheel in het kader van het 10e toernooi) zijn: de sprookjes van 1001 NACHT! Laat je fantasie de vrije loop, en verkleed je als Alladin, Sinbad de Zeeman, Ali baba , één van zijn 40 rovers of iets anders Arabisch sprookjesachtigs om dit uitbundig te vieren! Jullie zijn natuurlijk ook ontzettend benieuwd naar de toplocatie voor het eten en hetfeest…Deze locatie is…tadadadaaaaa.. Nog steeds geheim! Zorg dat je in de week voor het toernooi nog even een wandeling maakt door de Oosterstraat: aldaar zal Sesam zijn poorten nog verder openen… Vergeet niet het precieze aantal deelnemers door te geven (uiterlijk 29 april). Anders kan hetzomaar zijn dat er onvoldoende van het sublieme eten klaargemaakt wordt zaterdagavond, en opeen lege maag kan niet gefeest worden! Verder bij deze nogmaals de mededeling dat het streng verboden is hars te gebruiken!Dus laat die harspot lekker thuis staan, anders nemen wij hem (tijdens het toernooi) gewoon in.. It is almost there: the 10th International Cirkeltijgers tournament. We know you all are extremelyexcited about this weekend, and curious about the theme.. First a quick overview of the weekend: When: Friday 7, Saturday 8 en Sunday 9 May 2010 What: Fridaynight: registration (20.00-22.00) and party (afterwards) in café De Koster, Be in time so we can all toast on a fantastic weekend! From 17.00 Possibility to dump your lugage at the sportcentre (ACLO). Use of public transport to get to Café Koster. 20.00-22.00 Registration/payment and kick off in Café Koster 00-00-03.00 TC-busses will be driving back to the ACLO. Last one leaves at 3.00 o’clock AM! Saturday: matches, dinner en (theme)party at a super location 08.00 Wake-up 08.30 Breakfast 9.00-18.00 Matches Lunch is available troughout the entire day 17.30-20.00 Our busses will be driving from the ACLO to the location for dinner&party From 18.15 Dinner Afterwards till 3.30 Party ! 00.00-4.00 Our busses will be driving back to the ACLO. The last one shall leave at 4.00, after this time you have to arrange the transport yourself! Sunday: matches and closing ceremony 9.00 Wake-up 9.30 Breakfast 10.00-16.30 Matches Lunch is available throughout the entire day 17.00 Closing ceremony and hand out of awards How much: €30,- p.p. en € 70,- single mandatory deposit per team. (The real program may differ a bit from the program above, but is roughly the same!) Of course there can’t be a 10th Tournament without a theme party. That’s why you all are allowed to dress like Alladin, Sinbad the Sailor, Ali Baba and the 40 thieves and imagine yourself in the world of the fairytales from 1001 Nights! Don’t forget to tell us the exact amount of participants in your team (before April the 29th). This isnecessary for the reservation in the restaurant. Also we would like to repeat that using Handball Wax is absolutely forbidden! So please leave the wax at home. If you have any questions, please contact us at tournament@cirkeltijgers.nl!
